TIME TO CATCH UP!

Its been a while, I know. I've just finished my exams and I'm busy completing my formal dress and trying to pack up my room for next year... and guess what!!! I got a mac book pro! 15inch! I'm super excited as this is my first laptop and the first time I've actually used a mac. I'm not good with technology so its taking me a while to get use to this from my regular PC.

Anyway, Im so glad New Zealand is finally moving towards summer so I can get out my summer flats! check out these cuties... there's a lot going on in one shoe but thats just the beauty of them!

I feel more like a cat with each passing day, I sleep, eat, study, eat, sleep, eat, study... although I realise that cats don't "study", I cant help but think my daily routine has somehow metamorphosed into a more feline like routine... I think I'm going crazy... in a more suffering in silence way

I love these shoes, but they're not the easiest to walk in, especially in winter... I have to walk extra slowly and carefully in order to avoid falling over and cracking my head open

The shape of these are also really good for elongating your legs which is also a bonus pour moi!

I've been dying to wear this gorgeous vintage dress ever since I bought it a month ago, the length is perfect when I wear heels, and it gives me an illusion of height which is exactly what I like to see!

When ever I put it on I feel like a glamorous milk maid, I immediately get an urge to grab a bucket and go milk a cow...

The weird thing about this jacket is that the material only cost me $9 a meter, apart from the satin used on the lapels, however we had to make pants as well as part of the unit for school, so I decided to make a pair of satin pants, the material for that cost $19 a meter and I have to say the end product isn't very flattering. I guess expensive fabric don't always produce beautiful pieces... though that could just be my sewing skills...

My attempt at jewellery making. This is the product of a 3mins exercise which composed of me combining different elements of many jewellery, and compounding them together to make a pair of earrings.

This was all done on Sunday as a part of my "avoid studying so procrastinate plan".

oh yea and new sunnies, it was 2 for $20 so my friend and I went halves. I pretty much spent $70 on crap so that's not very comforting right now... oh well money is just numbers

An another unusually hot day in Dunedin, I'm beginning to think that it might be possible for me to get a tan before I dash back to the sub zero temperatures in China... shiver

went for a walk in the Gardens to get ice cream with my mum, I found it kinda hard to walk in these plat forms... oh well at least I didn't get a blister.
