IT STARTED AND ENDED WITH KOREA

As promised here is a look back on my summer holiday... in the northern hemisphere... in winter, while I unwillingly miss out on yet another summer. By the time winter rolls around in NZ(which is very, very soon) , it would be my 7th winter in a roll... I officially need to get away to somewhere warm to hibernate during the bone chilling season.

Above is downtown Korea, quel domage I didn't get to do any shopping there ( shops were all closing by the time we finished dinner...)
Some dude promoting something, I don't understand Korean, its just my guestimation.

Dad wanted to have something simple, like noodles after our flight. Instead we somehow ordered a very complicated Korean hotpot accompanied by 2 pairs of scissors, big bowl of foreign seafood, giant basket of vegs, pot of kimchi, 2 different types of dipping sauce, some white stuff and one tiny bowl of noodles. Oh and some rice mixed with beaten egg, and seaweed lookin thing. uncooked. To be honest I didn't even know how to eat the damn thing and was very confused by the scissors cutlery.

In Namdaemun Market
still in Namdaemun Market
running away from some very persistent shop owners. Intense.

wearing: red scarf knitted my moi
Esprit puffer jacket
shoes bought from China
pants, Korea
